Mr Puan Chan Cheong

Mr. Puan Chan Cheong (better known as CC Puan) is currently the Group Managing Director and CEO of Green Packet Berhad. He drives the strategic planning and spearheads the business development while putting his great focus on building a Deliberately Growth Culture Company (‘DGCC’) in Green Packet and its group of companies
Puan whom is also the founder, established Green Packet in 2000 and led the company to become an international player in the provision of connectivity devices and solutions to telecommunications companies globally. He subsequently led the company to its Main Market listing in 2005. The Group’s biggest endeavor was to raise substantial capital to launch and operate Malaysia’s challenger telecommunications company before it was acquired by TM Berhad. Thereafter, Puan relinquished his role as Group CEO in 2014 when he became P1’s CEO after the TM acquisition for two years.
Puan is an astute entrepreneur and a visionary man with a strong success track record in advanced technology, consulting, developing and managing large-scale telecommunications, infrastructure and property projects internationally. His personal accolades include Malaysia’s coveted PIKOM Technopreneur of the Year award.
Puan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Management Information Systems and Finance from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA.
Led by his passion in driving life improving digital innovations, Puan aims to propel Green Packet and its group of companies further by expanding the Group’s digital agenda to global exposure and presence in the area of solutions (devices), communications (voice minutes and data) and digital services (comprising Internet-of-Things, Financial Technology, Property Technology and Artificial Intelligence).
Mr Tan Kay Yen
Chief Executive Officer kiplePay Sdn Bhd
Mr. Tan Kay Yen (better known as Kay) is the Chief Executive Officer of kiplePay Sdn Bhd (appointed on 1 July 2019). He spearheads and drives the financial technology (‘fintech’) business that focuses on e-wallet and payment gateway solutions, realizing the Group’s aspiration by empowering the cashless communities and ecosystem in Malaysia.
Tan has more than 24 years of experience in sales, operations and management holding positions in the financial, IT, telecommunications and technology sector. He started his career with the Arab Malaysian Group in the financial sector. Following that, he joined the IBI group of companies, a diverse IT firm in 1996, holding a range of leadership positions.
Prior to his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of kiplePay, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Green Packet Berhad from 2014 to 2019. He had also held positions like Group Chief Operating Officer and Acting Group Chief Financial Officer in Green Packet Berhad.
Tan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Management Information System from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA.
Mr James Wang
Senior General Manager, Green Packet Cellular Device Solutions
Specializing in IOT and mobile software architecture design, James has also been involved in telecommunication solution development, sales and marketing in career path. He led Green Packet Cellular Solution Group winning many important fixed wireless access projects worldwide. In his current role, James is committed to leading the system development of the next generation fleet telematics solution targeting at global connected car business.
Mr Md. Radzi bin Din
Chief Executive Officer, Atilze Digital Sdn Bhd & Atilze A.I. Sdn Bhd
Encik Radzi is the Chief Executive Officer of Atilze Digital Sdn Bhd and Atilze A.I Sdn Bhd. He drives the strategic planning and oversees the operations for both Atilze Digital and Atilze A.I besides spearheading the business development and sales activities by putting together the relevant Internet of Things (IoT) offerings and solutions to fulfill the market needs’ today.
Armed with management, business development and marketing experience in Information, Telecommunication and Technology, Radzi started work in 1986 at Sapura Holdings. During his stint in Sapura Holdings, he secured Government’s Smart School project with consortium partners in implementing Smart School solutions nationwide and set up ADAM 017 mobile telecommunications operator (which was bought over by Maxis) where it was a sole distributor for Nokia mobile phones.
In 2005, he joined Green Packet as a Head of Special Projects and later, joined Packet One Networks as a Head of Regulatory. Before joining Atilze, Radzi was with Theta Technologies for 3 years as a Head of Sales and Relationships, leading the team to explore new markets and product offerings.
Holding a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA, Radzi aspires to capitalize on digital technology using both IoT and AI to drive digital innovations in various sectors in line with National IoT Strategic Roadmap which ultimately brings a fundamental positive change to the society in the next couple of years.
Mr Liew Kok Seong
Chief Financial Officer, Green Packet Berhad
He started his career in 1992 with KPMG. Between 1997 and 2001, he joined a construction company for a brief period and subsequently joined an IT company as Senior Manager of Finance. In 2001, he joined The Store Corporation Berhad as Assistant General Manager of Finance. In 2006 to September 2012, he was with Green Packet. He joined Cuscapi Berhad as CFO in 2012. Subsequently, he was appointed as CFO of OCK Group Berhad in 2014. He possessed over 24 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, management accounting and reporting, business planning, treasury affairs and taxation. Throughout his career, he has served in various listed companies and industries including IT, telecommunication, retail, property and construction and audit.
Mr Alvin Tan
Chief Executive Officer, NGT Networks Sdn Bhd
Mr. Alvin Tan Ley Chong is the Chief Executive Officer of NGT Networks Pte Ltd. He leads the business development, involves in the new market development and oversees the overall operation of NGT in order to achieve a maximum traffic volume besides increasing revenue and profit.
Having more than 18 years of experience in retail and wholesale voice in the telecommunication industry, Tan joined Green Packet Berhad in 2007 to establish NGT Networks Pte Ltd; an international wholesale voice and data. Today, NGT Networks is the largest neutral wholesale carrier in South East Asia, connecting more than 350 suppliers and 250 clients in more than 30 countries.
Under his helm, NGT Networks launched prepaid cards with SingPost in 2011 and became the largest OEM calling card in SEA region.
Tan holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, majoring in Data & Telecommunications from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
Tan aims to bring NGT Networks to a new level by focusing and expanding on the 4 key business units which are wholesale voice/data, retail unit, mobile virtual network operator and migrant e-service app.
